The Ham Radio Deluxe (HRD) is a software suite for amateur radio
operators that allows them to control their radio hardware with
a computer and decode and encode digital signals on shortwave
frequencies. This copy is the last freeware version made by
Peter Halpin (PH1PH) and Simon Brown (HB9DRV) before it was sold
to Michael Carper, WA9PIE in 2011 and new paid version v6.0 was
developed later on. |
